  • Case review for Huawei Mate 20 Lite

    Another version of the iconic smartphone was recently unveiled by one of the most popular companies. What customers w love about their products is the combination of Chinese precision and innovative solutions with Western, modern design. Huawei, because this is the company we are talking about, recently offered the market a new, refreshed and, most importantly, modified version of the Mate 10 Lite model, whose name is Mate 20 Lite. The device has a 6.3-inch screen, a fashionable design and large storage for files-64 GB. The phone also comes with Huawei Face Unlock, the equivalent of the popular Face ID. However, in order to become an owner of such a smartphone we have to prepare about 1599 PLN. It’s not for us to judge whether it’s a lot or a little, but I know that no one wants a device for such a sum to break down through our stupidity. So what should we do to avoid unnecessary repairs, causing a hole in our budget? The best thing to do, right from the start, is to get a case dedicated to this model and a matching tempered glass.

    In the Home Screen store you will find many Huawei Mate 20 Lite cases. They come in all sorts of designs you can think of. Some thick and armored, while others are thin. Some colorful, others completely transparent. However, they share one common task. They are to protect your device from unwanted scratches, cracks or dirt.

    Are you looking for a thin case that will give your smartphone a slim and comfortable shape and, moreover, great cushioning for device drops thanks to air cushions in the corners? Great! Then be sure to take a look at the Spigen Liquid Crystal case. This thin and seemingly lickety-split case will decently protect your device during everyday use. In addition, its pluses also include the fact that it does not interfere heavily with the appearance of the smartphone, and thanks to the material from which it is made (polyurethane), the grip of the device to the hand is improved, compared to the “naked” Huawei Mate 20 Lite.

    If you’re a fan of cases with a more armored look and have no idea how it is that your device lands on the floor so often, you should without a doubt take a look at the Spigen Rugged Armor Huawei Mate 20 Lite case. This case is made of a thermoplastic material that provides great protection against scratches and cracks. It is also worth mentioning that this Huawei Mate 20 Lite case is MIL-STD-810G military certified, and its thinness allows for a more secure grip and no fear of the device slipping out of your hand.

An important advantage of this case is also the rubber coating, which prevents the device from slipping from your hand, resulting in an improved user experience. Admittedly, the case is minimalistic and slim, but it certainly won’t let you down when it comes to protecting your Mate 20 Lite.

The advantage of these covers is also that in the inner part we can find a pocket for documents, so we can have everything important together, in one place. Ecological leather, from which the case was made, is not only very pleasant to the touch, but also provides excellent protection and undeniably improves the comfort of working with the device. The case also allows you to position the smartphone horizontally, which will especially appeal to, for example, fans of watching flim. This case is available for purchase in our store in a number of color options including: gray, blue, gold and rose gold.

    One of the most interesting Huawei Mate 20 Lite cases is the slim and comfortable to use HS Case SOLID TPU. In addition, the case is thin, but also incredibly scratch-resistant, and the classic black design will give your device a unique charm.

  • What do we know about the new iPhones?

    The iPhone has long been one of the most popular devices of recent years. It has earned this above all with its impeccable operating system, excellent design and intuitive operation. Apple is expected to unveil three iPhone models as early as September: the successor to the “ten,” its enlarged version and a budget model with an IPS display. Rumor has it that Apple has had trouble naming the new devices, so for the purposes of the article, before we know the actual names they have adopted let’s use the terms iPhone X 2018, iPhone X Plus and iPhone 9.

    iPhone X Plus:

    Rumors say that this model is to be equipped with the largest display in the history of iPhones so far, at 6.5 inches, made with OLED technology with a resolution of 1243x 2688. The X Plus is also to have 4 GB of RAM, and its price is expected to be around $900-1000, which means that after adding taxes in Poland we can talk about a device that will be priced around five thousand zlotys. According to rumors, the device will get an improved iSight camera, which will allow for landscape mode. The smartphone is expected to be available on the market in three colors of casing, but whether this will actually be the case, time will tell.

    iPhone 9:

    Named so laboriously on the Internet, as Apple has not officially confirmed the names of the new models. The iPhone 9 is expected to be the cheapest of the three, as its price is expected to oscillate between $600 and $700, which we can say is around three thousand zlotys. As its price is lower than the rest, it will feature a 6.1-inch screen made with IPS technology. Interestingly, rumors say that the iPhone 9 will have only one camera, and the casing will be made of aluminum. This, in turn, will affect the number of color variants in which this model is expected to be released.

    iPhone X 2018:

    If the leaks turn out to be true then the iPhone X 2018 will feature a 5.8-inch screen made with OLED technology. The money we will have to spend to become its owner is roughly $800-900, or approximately more than four thousand zlotys.

    It is also worth mentioning that with the purchase of the new models, the customer is expected to receive a charger with fast charging. They will also all come with a notch and Face ID. Will the rumors come true? Will the company actually lower the cost of buying iPhones, just to get new customers? We will find out soon, and for now there is nothing left to do but wait for the official presentation of the new iPhone models.

  • Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 – a midsize at a good price

    One of the giants among smartphone manufacturers, a combination of Chinese precision and low prices. Do you know which company we’re talking about? It’s Xiaomi, of course, and today we will focus more specifically on the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 and Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro.

    Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 is a mid-range smartphone, but some of its parameters can be compared with flagship models. The capacious battery can undoubtedly be considered the strengths of this device. Undeniably great assets are also the high-quality display or aesthetic design involving aluminum. An additional plus is also a very attractive price. But how does this phone compare with its predecessor , namely the Redmi Note 4 model?

    In appearance, the devices are similar, the manufacturer has maintained the width and thickness of its predecessor, but the Redmi Note 5 is longer. As for the display, analogously to the length it too has gained. Its dimensions have changed from 5.5″ in the Note 4 to 5.99″ in the Note 5. In addition to the length, the display has also gained significantly in quality, which can be seen, among other things, in the fact that it has much better viewing angles. In addition, Xiaomi decided to enhance the user experience of the smartphone by moving from an angular shape to a slightly more rounded one. They also ditched the function buttons under the screen in favor of on-screen buttons. The cameras are no different either. There’s also quite a progression in their specs in favor of the Note 5. The dual rear camera should handle low-light situations better and allows for background blur, and the front camera lived up to its support in the form of a backlight LED.

    The Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, on the other hand, is nothing more than a slightly improved version of the Xiomi Redmi Note 5. The first difference can be seen in the selfie camera. The Note 5 Pro opted to mount as much as a 20-megapixel front camera, which will probably especially appeal to those who like to take a lot of selfies. Another change between the models is the change of the processor from Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 to 636, which boosts the performance of the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro. The Note 5 Pro also has more RAM, up to a maximum of 6GB, where in the Note 5 you’ll only find max. 4GB OF RAM. The Redmi Note 5 Pro’s resources also include a newer version of Bluetooth and support for fast charging (Quick Charge 2.0).

    If you own a Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 or the Pro version, or are considering buying either of them, you are surely looking or will be looking for ways to effectively protect your smartphone. And this is where our Home Screen store comes to your aid. In the assortment you will find many cases that are sure to meet your expectations. In our offer you will find, for example, the MSVII Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 case, which, thanks to polycarbonate, is durable while nullifying the effects of falls. In this case, the manufacturers focused, above all, on the comfort of everyday use, and we must admit that it worked out perfectly. The case also comes with a tempered glass. You will find MSVII cases with us in various color variants (preview cases under the article).

    For Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 or its Pro version in our assortment you can also get a book case, which further protects the front panel of the device. The DuxDucis SkinPro Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 case is an extremely pleasant to the touch case, which phenomenally fulfills the function of protecting the smartphone. The internal pocket that you will find in this case allows you to store your documents together with your phone, so you always have everything important with you in one place. The case is sold in a set with tempered glass.

    Xiaomi Redmi Note 5/Redmi Note 5 Pro are interesting propositions for those who appreciate high quality at a relatively low price. It is gratifying that Xiaomi is constantly trying to improve its smartphones and introduce various interesting features that make it easier to use. And will the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5/ Redmi Note 5 Pro meet your requirements? That’s something you’ll have to find out for yourself.

  • Choetech smartphone lenses – a glance at the differences

    Are you already bored with ordinary photos taken with your smartphone? Would you like to get something impressive without having to invest in a good camera? Choetech comes to the rescue with its range of lenses that attach to the phone with a clip. They include a wide-angle lens, a so-called “fisheye” lens and a macro lens. Choetech smartphone lenses are made of high-quality glass, which reduces reflections. In addition, the product comes with caps to prevent dirt, and the whole thing is sold in a practical case. It is also interesting to note that the lenses are universal, making it possible to use them with almost any smartphone available on the market.

    Wide-angle lens:

    This type of lens is designed to allow us, among other things, to photograph large objects from a short distance. Choetech’s wide-angle lens allows us to capture a much wider area in a photo and will contain many more elements than a standard lens. The design of such a lens allows for a viewing angle of more than 60 degrees. It will be particularly suitable for landscape, architectural and interior photography.

    Fish-eye lens:

    This is a lens with a very wide angle of view, also called ultra-wide angle. This type of lens renders reality highly distorted, making it mainly suitable for artistic photography. The viewing angle of this type of lens is 180 degrees. Choetech made sure that the fisheye lens allows us to get uniquely rounded images that take us to another world!

    Macro lens:

    In this case, Choetech has set its sights on allowing us totake very sharp pictures at close range. The second important feature of this lens is accurate reproduction of image geometry. Choetech macro lens will be ideal for photographing nature, i.e. flowers, insects, etc. It will allow us to meticulously reproduce the appearance and characteristics of the captured objects.

    Choetech smartphone lenses will work really well for you if you expect something more from your photos, without having to invest a lot of money in professional equipment. Small, inconspicuous, compact – these are just some of the superlatives that can be attributed to Choetech lenses. Do you want to find out what assets these lenses still hide? Order and you will see for yourself!

    Photographs contained in the article do not represent images taken with the described lenses, they are only a presentation of the capabilities of a particular type of lens.

  • Why a waterproof case for a waterproof smartphone?

    You may be wondering whether it’s worth investing in a waterproof case. You need a smartphone case especially now, during the holiday season. You may not realize that during a trip, for example, to the seaside, your smartphone is exposed to many factors that are not necessarily beneficial to it. You might even be tempted to say that if you don’t have adequate protection from water, sand and sun, and if your phone is valuable to you, you might want to consider leaving it at home or deep in your bag. But this is where manufacturers of waterproof cases come to our rescue.

    Waterproof vs. waterproof – are there any differences?

    To begin with, it may be worth considering the difference between waterproof and waterproof. A waterproof item is one that is resistant to water, to seepage. A waterproof item, on the other hand, by design, is supposed to keep water out and not allow it to get inside.

    Why would a smartphone need a waterproof case?

    If our device is not waterproof then the matter is simple. Its job is to protect your phone from unwanted elements such as flooding. Its task is also to give you the mental comfort associated with the fact that your phone is well protected. And even if it falls into the sea, a pool, a river, it should not be harmed, looking at the angle of flooding with water.

    And if you have a waterproof device and think that a waterproof case is unnecessary for you, I regret to say that you are wrong. On the surface of the smartphone you will find many holes through which water can get into the device. These include, for example, the charger jack, headphone jack, speakers, or microphone. Seemingly, all inputs are protected thanks to gaskets and impermeable foam, but as we know, all this can fail. And, unfortunately, as we can guess, manufacturers do not want to repair supposedly waterproof devices at their own expense, and blame it often on misuse of the smartphone.

    Wyposaż się w wodoszczelne etui aby zapobiec zalaniu smartfona

    What happens to a smartphone after flooding?

    One option is a short circuit, which can be caused by current circulating through the integrated circuits. We also often don’t realize that after flooding, corrosion can also begin on the device’s motherboard, which can effectively prevent us from using the smartphone and consequently force us to replace the device with a new one.

    The effect of the type of water on damage

    Wondering if the type of water matters when flooding occurs? After all, water is water. And here, unfortunately, is where the problem arises. Salt water is a great conductor of electricity. It also significantly accelerates the process of corrosion of metals (rusting). Fresh water is a tad less dangerous, as it is a weaker conductor of electricity, but we can’t say that this water is safe, because it reacts with metals, so oxidation or corrosion occurs nonetheless.

    So how can we effectively protect ourselves from flooding?

    The most important and best protection against water is waterproof cases. Our assortment includes Ghostek Nautical cases (for many smartphone models) and Choetech waterproof case. They will allow you to carefree use of your smartphone at any time, while providing protection from unwanted external factors.

    The Ghostek Nautical case is a great solution if you spend a lot of time outdoors and expose your smartphone to various weather conditions. It will effectively protect your device from water, dust, sand and mud, and it looks nice at the same time. In addition, the Ghostek Nautical case has reinforced corners so it will also effectively protect against drops. Despite its protective features, the case is relatively slim, has a fashionable design and allows you to use your smartphone comfortably.

    The Choetech waterproof case, on the other hand, is an ideal solution if you don’t need a dedicated solution, and you would also like to be able to take your documents with you when exposed to liquid. The Choetech case provides watertightness up to 30 meters underwater, ensuring that your items will not be flooded with normal swimming. The case’s material does not affect touch sensitivity, so you don’t have to worry about damaging your smartphone when constantly pulling it out of the case with wet hands, for example, because there is no need to do so. In addition, the case comes with a shoulder strap and lanyard, which will further improve the comfort of use.

    Waterproof cases – although not yet fully appreciated in Poland, they are worth attention. Thanks to their features, we can carelessly enjoy the beauty of the environment, without worrying about sand, water or other unfavorable factors. So if you dream of a vacation where you will enjoy the delights of life and avoid worries, then be sure to get a waterproof case!

  • Xiaomi Mi 8 – the most important information

    A few days ago, Xiaomi unveiled 3 new smartphones: the Xiaomi Mi 8 SE, Xiaomi Mi 8 and Xiaomi Mi 8 Explorer Edition. Today we will devote the most time to the last two.

    Mi 8 100 percent deserves to be called a flagship

    The latest devices deserve admiration from the tech world. The Mi 8 SE will be an ideal choice when it comes to the middle class – it features an almost perfect price-quality ratio of the device. Mi 8 is a worthy competitor to devices such as Huawei P20 or Samsung Galaxy S9.

    The last of the presented devices is a break with templateness in design. It is the Explorer Edition that stands out, for example, with its transparent back, in-screen fingerprint reader with pressure sensing and face unlocking of the device.

    So when facing the choice between the Mi 8 and the Mi 8 Explorer Edition, we have to realize that the former will lack some features. Additionally, when looking to buy the SE model, keep in mind that it has a smaller screen by almost 0.4 inches and a slightly weaker Snapdragon 710 processor.

    A word about the specifications

    The Chinese giant has tried as hard as ever when designing its new handsets. The Mi 8 specification looks very promising. The smartphone has the following dimensions: 154.9 x 74.8 x 7.6 mm and weighs 175 grams. There is also a 6.21-inch AMOLED display with an aspect ratio of 18.7:9. Being at the front panel, we should mention the resolution. Here it is quite modest for 2018 – FULL HD+ (2248 x 1080) with brightness at 600 nits.

    Xioami Mi 8 runs on android 8.1 Oreo with MIUI overlay. The device is powered by a Snapdragon 845 processor (Mi 8 SE by Snapdragon 710) along with Adreno 630, and users will have a choice of 6 or 8 GB of RAM. There are also three built-in storage options: 64, 128 and 256 GB. As for the battery, we also have some differentiation. Namely, the Explorer Edition has a 3000 mAh cell, while the Mi 8 has a 3400 mAh cell (there is also support for Quick Charge 4+).

    As for the camera, we’ll find a dual-lens setup here – 12 Mpx with f/1.8 aperture and 12 Mpx with f/2.4 aperture. Here are the highlights of the rear lens: optical image stabilization, dual-pixel autofocus and artificial intelligence-assisted portrait mode. Incidentally, the Mi 8 scored as high as 105 points in the DxOMark test, which is higher than the iPhone X. The front camera is 20 Mpx with an f/2.0 aperture.

    Other things associated with the device itself are: Bluetooth 5.0, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, dual-band GPS module (L1 and L5 support), GPS, GLONASS, dual SIM, NFC, fingerprint reader/facial scanner and USB-C connector.

    The Mi 8 Explorer Edition deserves a separate piece.

    The head of the Chinese giant has itself repeatedly stressed that the Explorer Edition is one of their most advanced smartphones. Still leaving aside the technical parameters themselves, already at first glance the device stands out from the competition. We are, of course, talking about the transparent back, where the components used in the phone are visible.

    Being at this device, we can’t forget about the fingerprint reader, which is built into the front display. In addition, a system known from iPhones, i.e. pressure force recognition, has been used here. Xiaomi boasts at every step that this sensor generates a very low error rate, and its operation is lightning fast.

    The last thing worth mentioning is the camera system, which we first saw in the iPhone X. Xioami couldn’t be worse, so it developed its “Face ID.” With it we will be able to unlock the device as well as create animated emoticons (something similar to Animoji from Apple). It’s worth knowing that the Mi 8 Explorer Edition is the first android smartphone to allow 3D scanning of our face.

    Xiaomi Mi 8 – when and for how much will we buy it?

    Once again the Chinese tycoon has shown that it is capable of designing and producing a decent device for normal money. Below we present you with the Xiaomi Mi 8 price list.

    1. Xiaomi Mi 8 6 GB, 64 GB of built-in memory – 2699 yuan (about 1,600 zlotys)

    Xiaomi Mi 8 6 GB

    1. , 128 GB of built-in memory – 2999 yuan (about 1,800

    zlotys

      )

    1. Xiaomi Mi 8 6 GB, 256 GB of built-in memory – 3299 yuan (about 2,000

    zlotys

    1. )

    Xiaomi

    1. Mi 8 Explorer Edition 8 GB, 128 GB of built-in memory – 3699 yuan (about 2,200-2500 zlotys)

    The Mi 8 and Mi 8 SE models will be available for purchase between June 5-8. Initially only within China. The price of the cheapest version and the 8 SE model is not yet known. The availability date of the Explorer Edition has not yet been disclosed

  • LG G7 ThinQ preview and big gifts

    The G7 ThinQ has been priced at 3499PLN in Poland. The new LG pre-order will be offered from June 1 to 15, but as part of it we can get quite interesting “goodies”, which in the initial leaks were supposed to be only add-ons for the Korean market. You’ve probably already guessed what we’re talking about.

    A smartphone TV?

    Buying the LG G7 ThinQ in the pre-sale on the Play network, you can get an LG 43UK6300 TV (whose current value in stores is about 2 thousand zlotys) as a bundle, of course, with the model designation ThinQ, which is a distinctive feature of the Korean giant’s new products, which have artificial intelligence – they adjust to the user’s behavior and recognize his speech.

    What’s the situation with other major operators? Unfortunately, we can’t count on such a large “gift”, but a nice addition could be a 24-inch computer monitor (which can also act as a TV) LG 24MT49VF.

    Pre-orders in retail stores look even different, and to our new acquisition will be added a Sphero BB 9E robot – perfect for Star Wars fans.

    However, for all those who decide to purchase the LG G7 ThinQ on the Polish market, the manufacturer offers a one-year warranty on the display, which also entitles us to replace it once when we damage it ourselves.

    Parameters of the LG G7 ThinQ

    Many of the leaked specs have been confirmed, including a 6.1-inch ultra-bright QHD+ screen with, yes, a notch, glass back, inductive charging, Snapdragon 845 – basically everything a flagship model should have. Unfortunately, a more powerful battery was missing, but here we see the stagnation of most manufacturers – the new LG offers only 3000mAh.

    Summary

    It’s safe to say that LG heavily shocked with its entry-level smartphone pre-order add-on, but this was to be expected in the era of adding in a pre-order, for example, a console in the case of Sony. In terms of size and price, the Korean move will be hard to beat, but we are very curious to see what other manufacturers will offer in the future.

    Admittedly, we don’t offer covers for monitors or TVs, but for the LG G7 ThinQ we can offer a wide range of cases and accessories to protect the smartphone’s screen. Take a look around and match the perfect solution for you and, perhaps, your new LG G7 ThinQ.

  • OnePlus 6 finally unveiled. Specifications, price and variants!

    Yesterday we had the opportunity to see the official launch of OnePlus 6. A device that will be quite a competitor to more “prestigious” brands, for example, Samsung, Huawei or Apple. Below you will find the most important information related to the said device.

    For a long time on the Internet we could find at least a dozen rumors and leaks about OnePlus 6. Today we know all the information that relates to the said handset. Let’s put the smartphone’s specifications first:

    1. Dimensions, weight: 155.7 x 75.4 x 7.8 mm, 177g;
    2. Display: 6.28″ Full HD+;

    17. 3300 mAh, support for fast charging (Dash Charge);
    18. Additional information: NFC, gyroscope, fingerprint reader, WiFi 802.11 a/b/d/n/ac, USB-C 2.0, DUAL SIM, Bluetooth 5.0, 3.5mm jack connector and facial recognition

    Design, screen and components – highlights

    In previous generations it was in vain to look for glass in the finish of OnePlus smartphones. This time the manufacturer decided to change its approach, so we got a solid combination of a glass body, metal frame and a good front display. The head of the aforementioned company stresses that the device boasts splash resistance (even though it doesn’t officially meet the iPXX standard).

    The smartphone features a 6.28-inch Optic AMOLED display. It offers a 19:9 aspect ratio (thanks to its resolution) and the iPhone X’s signature element – a notch at the top of the screen (with the option to hide it). We’ll also find a system along the lines of Face ID here, so we’ll be able to unlock our device using our face. It’s a pity that the manufacturer wasn’t tempted to use an even higher resolution.

    OnePlus 6 is powered by one of the more powerful chips on the market – Qualcomm Snapdragon 845. The processor consists of 8 Kryo 385 cores and Adreno 630 graphics chip, all made using a 10nm technology process. Adding to this 6 or 8 GB of RAM, it will be a veritable command center at our fingertips.

    Camera a strong point

    The manufacturer has decided to mount a dual camera on the back of the device. 16 and 20 Mpx with optical image stabilization should do the job. In addition, Sony sensors have been implemented here: IMX 519 and IMX 367K. Note that the lens principle known from the OnePlus 5T has been retained here. Namely, it is the 20-megapixel unit that is responsible for night shots. The process is characterized by collecting light from two adjacent pixels, which translates into better photos in difficult lighting conditions. The photo options also include a portrait mode, which has gained popularity with Apple products.

    A new smartphone is not just about the camera and the quality of the photos it takes. Additional options related to video shooting also count. Thus, we will be able to use 60-second videos. All this to be able to choose the best moment and make the so-called slow-motion. Such footage will be recorded in Full HD at 240 fps or HD at 480 fps. The icing on the cake will be the ability to record 4K video at 60 fps.

    How much will all this cost us?

    We will be able to purchase the device in the following configurations:

    1. 6 GB RAM, 64 GB internal storage, color: Mirror Black – 519 euros (about 2200-2300 PLN);

    8

    1. GB RAM, 128 GB internal storage, color: Mirror Black, Midnight Black – 569 euros (about 2450-2600 PLN

    )

    1. ;

    8

    1. GB RAM, 256 GB internal storage, color: Midnight Black – 619 euros (about 2650-2800 PLN)

    As you can see, these are much lower prices than those of major rivals, and the device does not stand out from them at all. Pre-sale of the device should start on May 22. Someone has probably already noticed that the white color version is missing from the whole list. Unfortunately, but buying the OnePlus 6 in this color will only be possible from June 5.

    Many models of accessories for OnePlus 6 in our offer soon!

    Some time ago we learned about three fine-tuned devices from Chinese tech giant Huawei. Even before the launch, there was no small fuss, as the manufacturer decided to release a trio, which had not happened to it before. We are, of course, talking about the P20 Lite, P20 and the top-of-the-line P20 Pro models.

    A word of introduction for the Huawei trio

    The last two models are designed to compete with the best on the market. So they will stand shoulder to shoulder with iPhones, Samsung S9 and S9+ as well as flagships from Sony or LG. The devices showcase the refreshed design of the Chinese brand, although inspiration from Cupertino products is evident. There is, for example, the iPhone X’s characteristic notch at the top of the screen.

    All devices also differ in size and back. The P20 Pro is equipped with as many as three lenses, branded by the well-known photography company Leica. Thanks to this, the photos taken with its help will be of the highest quality. No detail will escape us. The P20 and P20 Pro place the fingerprint reader on the front, while the cheapest model is placed on the back. We do not comment on which location is more practical, after all, tastes are not discussed.

    All three are made of glass, and we all know well how careless use of such devices without any protection ends. You are probably curious about the water resistance of the described smartphones? The P20 meets the IP53 standard (splash resistance, we do not recommend submerging it), the P20 Pro IP68 (immersion resistance. Unfortunately, but the cheapest P20 Lite model is not even splash-proof. To meet your expectations, we have prepared some suggestions to protect your devices.

    Huawei P20 Lite, P20 and P20 Pro – protection features

    First of all, the Lite model is the weakest of the bunch. Just because it costs the least does not mean that we do not have to take care of it. For those looking for a “wallet-friendly” case, the ideal choice will be the DuxDucis case, which is available in four colors: black, navy blue, gold and pink. However, if you want to have the display always at hand, you can opt for standard protection for the back and sides of the device. Here, the Spigen Liquid Crystal slim case will be perfect for protecting our device.

    For the P20, we have also prepared several solutions. And so we will also find here a DuxDucis lockable case, as in the case of the Lite model. Wanting to protect only the back and sides of the device, we can recommend the MSVII case, which perfectly surrounds the entire smartphone. The case is made of polycarbonate, so it will not deform, and also the durability will be at a level that satisfies you. Available colors are red, black, blue and purple.

    It could not do without protection for the top device of the three under discussion. Since there is something to protect on the back (3 cameras), we would recommend to you the Spigen Rugged Armor“back” case. The main distinguishing feature is the MIL-STD-810G military certification. It is a guarantee to survive a fall from 1,2 or 2 meters. Keep in mind that there is something to protect – the P20 Pro currently costs an average of 3,300 zlotys (in official stores). However, if you want a lockable case, you will also be able to use the DuxDucis case, which is offered in the same colors as above.
