The premiere of Google Pixel 10 is getting closer

Google invites you to the Made by Google 2025 event

On August 13, 2025 one of the most important technology events of the summer will take place – the annual Made by Google conference. During this event, the American giant will officially present the new generation of Pixel 10 smartphones. This year, the product line will be exceptionally wide, as it will include as many as four models:

    • Pixel 10 – the standard version with enhanced AI features,
    • Pixel 10 Pro – the flagship with a complete set of cameras and top specifications,
    • Pixel 10 Pro XL – a larger variant for fans of big screens,
    • Pixel 10 Pro Fold – the second generation of Google’s foldable phone.

Pre-orders and shipments: when will you order, and when will you receive?

Right after the presentation – on August 13 – the official pre-sale of all four models will begin. Customers who decide to place their orders first will receive their devices starting from August 20, 2025. On the same day, smartphones will also be available in regular retail sales.

📅 Key dates for the Google Pixel 10 premiere:

    • August 13, 2025 – Made by Google conference
    • August 13, 2025 – start of pre-orders
    • August 20, 2025 – start of deliveries and retail premiere

Pixel Superfans with early access – a special event on June 25

It is worth mentioning that Google has decided to highlight the most engaged users, namely members of the Pixel Superfans program. Selected individuals received an invitation to a private presentation, which will take place on June 25, 2025 – nearly three weeks before the official premiere.

This event will be the first opportunity to test the Pixel 10 series live before it reaches the hands of the general public. Although there have been speculations that this might suggest an earlier market debut, Google has confirmed that the official presentation will take place as planned – on August 13.

Google Pixel 10 Pro in the first photos

    Prototype leaked online

Even before the August premiere, the Google Pixel 10 series is generating huge excitement. Authentic photos of the Pixel 10 Pro prototype have surfaced online, allowing a closer look at the design of the upcoming flagship from Google.

Leak from China – prototype captured in photos

The photos were first spotted on the Chinese social platform Coolapk, and then reshared by well-known leaker Mystic Leaks (tigster), who published them on Twitter/X, among other platforms. The materials depict a real test device, not renders or promotional materials.

In one of the shots, we can see that it is a unit marked as “DVT1.0” – indicating that we are dealing with an early version of the hardware from the Design Validation Test stage. The designation of the test model “C0PX10” and the codename of the processor “zuma pro” further confirm that this is the Pixel 10 Pro equipped with the Tensor G4 chip.

Specifications of the Google Pixel 10 series – what’s new under the hood?

Although the Pixel 10 series does not introduce a revolution in design, the internal components, especially in the base model, have been significantly modified. Let’s check what exactly has changed in this year’s models.

Pixel 10 – the biggest changes in the “base” version

Google has decided to radically change its approach to its cheapest flagship. The Pixel 10 is approaching Pro levels in terms of power, but at the same time, it regresses in photography compared to last year’s Pixel 9.

    📸 Cameras:

    • Main: 50 MP (Samsung GNV, sensor 1/1.31″) – the same as in Pixel 10 Pro!
    • Ultrawide: 13 MP (Sony IMX712) – identical to the budget Pixel 9a
    • No telephoto lens – the removal of this element is a step back compared to its predecessor
    • Front camera: 13 MP

📌 While the main camera is flagship, the limited ultrawide sensor and lack of a telephoto lens may degrade photo quality in low light and reduce photographic versatility.

    Processor and software:

    • New Tensor G4 (4 nm, produced by Samsung) – improved over Tensor G3
    • Android 15 (factory) + at least 7 years of update support

    Battery and charging:

    • Capacity: about 4500 mAh
    • Wired fast charging: approx. 30 W
    • Wireless: up to 20 W

    Display:

    • OLED 6.1–6.2 inches, FHD+ resolution
    • 120 Hz refresh rate (previously only 90 Hz!)
    • Flat panel with thinner bezels

Pixel 10 Pro and Pixel 10 Pro XL – no major surprises

The Pro models continue the proven formula from the Pixel 9 Pro, offering the best cameras and premium features. Google has not opted to change the sensors, focusing instead on software optimization and a new chip.

📸 Cameras (no changes compared to the Pixel 9 Pro series):

    • Main: 50 MP (Samsung GNV, 1/1.31″)
    • Ultrawide: 48 MP (Sony IMX858)
    • Telephoto: 48 MP (Sony IMX858, with 5x optical zoom)
    • Front camera: 42 MP (Sony IMX858)

    Processor and system:

    • Tensor G4, Android 15
    • Improved ISP chip and new version of Google Camera – better HDR, sharper details

    Display:

    • Pro: 6.7″ LTPO OLED QHD+, 1–120 Hz, 1600+ nits brightness
    • Pro XL: 6.9–7.0″, the same parameters as Pro, but larger working area

    Battery:

    • Pro: 5000 mAh
    • Pro XL: 5200 mAh
    • Supports wireless charging at 23 W and wired charging at ~33 W

Google Pixel 10 Pro Fold – a foldable flagship with potential, but not for everyone

The Pixel 10 Pro Fold is the second generation of Google’s foldable smartphone. Although the device does not differ significantly from its predecessor on the outside, the key change is the new main camera – Samsung GN8 50 MP, replacing the older Sony IMX787 48 MP sensor. This should improve photo quality, especially in low light.

The other cameras remain largely unchanged:

    • ultrawide and telephoto – both 12 MP (Samsung 3J1),
    • front cameras (internal and external) – 10.5 MP (Samsung 3K1).

This device is aimed at fans of foldable designs and modern technologies, but…

    ❗ Note for Polish users:
At this moment, there are no indications that the Pixel 10 Pro Fold will be available for official sale in Poland. Most likely – like its predecessor – it will only be available in selected countries (e.g., USA, Germany, United Kingdom). Polish consumers will only be able to import it through intermediaries, such as Amazon or independent online stores.

The premiere is already on August 13, 2025, and pre-orders start on the same day. If you plan to upgrade your phone or want to stay updated with the latest technologies from Google – it’s worth keeping your eyes wide open!

  • Acer FreeSense Ring – Does it have a chance to dominate the smart ring market?

Acer FreeSense Ring – Does it have a chance to dominate the smart ring market?

New player in the world of smart rings

The market for smart rings is rapidly evolving – from a few niche models sold a few years ago to a stage where brands like Samsung, Acer, Oura, and Amazfit are participating. One of the hottest debuts of 2025 is the Acer FreeSense Ring, showcased at Computex 2025. This is the first smart ring from this brand, which aims to offer a complete set of health features without the need for a subscription. How does it compare to the competition? Is it a worthy alternative to the Oura Ring Gen3, Samsung Galaxy Ring, or Ultrahuman Ring Air? Let’s find out.

What is the Acer FreeSense Ring?

Acer FreeSense Ring is a smart ring for 2025 that has the potential to revolutionize the wearable device market. This advanced smart ring is designed for daily health monitoring, and its biggest distinguishing feature is the absence of any subscription – all functions are available immediately upon purchase. The new Acer smart ring was presented at Computex 2025 and is a response to the growing demand for small, convenient devices for analyzing fitness and well-being. Acer, known mainly for laptops, is making a bold entry into the smart ring market.

The Acer FreeSense Ring is a small, elegant ring made from an ultra-light titanium alloy and available in two colors: matte rose gold and glossy black. At first glance, it looks like ordinary jewelry, but inside it hides advanced electronics. This move by Acer – a company previously associated mainly with laptops, monitors, and e-bikes – shows that even electronics giants see potential in the next-generation wearable device segment. Smart rings are quickly moving from being a niche curiosity for gadget enthusiasts to becoming fully-fledged devices for everyday use, aimed at improving our health and lifestyle.

What can the Acer FreeSense Ring do? Key features

The Acer FreeSense Ring is equipped with advanced biometric sensors. Among its features, you will find:

    • heart rate and heart rate variability (HRV) measurement,
    • blood oxygen saturation (SpO₂),
    • sleep monitoring with phase breakdown (REM, deep, light),
    • step counting and activity analysis,
    • fatigue and recovery level analysis,
    • smart notifications and health suggestions powered by AI.

All data is collected and presented in the dedicated Acer FreeSense App, available on Android and iOS.

An additional feature is gesture control – with hand movements, you can, for example, trigger the camera shutter on your phone. This is a convenient and modern solution that may allow for controlling other devices in the future.

No subscription – a true advantage over the competition

Unlike the Oura Ring or Ultrahuman Ring, Acer FreeSense Ring does not require any subscription. This means:

    • no additional monthly costs,
    • access to all data and analyses immediately upon purchase,
    • a fair approach to the user.

For many consumers, this is a key argument in favor of choosing this model.

Acer FreeSense Ring specifications – lightweight, durable, and waterproof

Acer FreeSense Ring is made of titanium and coated with a PVD layer, ensuring scratch resistance. There are two colors to choose from: glossy black and matte rose gold.

    Key technical parameters:

    • material: titanium alloy,
    • weight: 2–3 g (depending on size),
    • sizes: #7 to #13,
    • water resistance: 5 ATM (up to 50 m),
    • battery life: up to 4 days,
    • inductive charging.

All of this makes the ring lightweight, comfortable, and almost unnoticeable on the finger – ideal for wearing 24/7.

Who is the Acer FreeSense Ring for?

This health smart ring is suitable for:

    • active individuals who want to track their training, heart rate, and recovery,
    • users who value convenience and do not want to wear a smartwatch,
    • fans of a healthy lifestyle and biohacking,
    • anyone who wants to improve sleep quality and better manage stress.

With its universal design, it fits any style – both sporty and elegant attire.

Oura Ring Gen3 – a leader with experience and a scientific approach

Oura is a brand that practically created the category of smart rings. The Finnish company has built not just a gadget around its product, but also a wellness ecosystem, used by athletes, doctors, biohackers, and even corporations and researchers.

    Key features:

    • Very precise analysis of sleep, recovery, and body readiness (the so-called readiness score).
    • Utilization of scientific data to create metrics (e.g., HRV, skin temperature, resting heart rate).
    • Regularly updated app with health reports and forecasts.

    For whom?
For those who want more than just a “step counter” – Oura is a tool for consciously caring for the body, supporting prevention, recovery, and lifestyle optimization. Ideal for athletes, people working under stress, and enthusiasts of medical technology.

Samsung Galaxy Ring – smart ring with a powerful ecosystem backing

Galaxy Ring is the first ring from the tech giant, which already has experience in wearable devices (Galaxy Watch, Galaxy Buds). Samsung is not creating a completely new ecosystem but integrating the ring into its existing Galaxy environment.

    Key features:

    • Deep integration with the Samsung Health app.
    • Advanced health sensors – including skin temperature, sleep, heart rate, stress level.
    • Ability to sync with Galaxy Watch, smartphone, and future IoT devices.

    For whom?
For Galaxy users and those connected to Android who want to use a complete, closed ecosystem, where all health data is consistent and synchronized.

RingConn Gen 2 – a discreet and solid player with long battery life

RingConn is a lesser-known brand but very active in developing its product. The company focuses heavily on seamless usage and freedom from subscriptions. Their motto: “Buy once, use fully.”

    Key features:

    • Very long battery life (up to 12 days).
    • Simple, clear app interface – without intrusive recommendations.
    • Regular updates, growing user base, and positive reviews.

    For whom?
For those who want a ring primarily as a tool for tracking basic health parameters – discreetly, without engaging in elaborate analyses or paid features. Ideal for pragmatists, minimalists, and those who value long battery life.

Ultrahuman Ring Air – smart ring for biohackers and athletes

Ultrahuman is a company from India that started with a metabolic platform and glucose sensors (CGM). Their ring is an extension of the ecosystem based on analyzing the body’s response to diet, stress, and effort.

    Key features:

    • Analysis of “energy score,” recovery, and sleep aimed at optimizing lifestyle.
    • Ability to integrate with Ultrahuman M1 glucose sensors.
    • Designed for users with a higher level of health awareness.

    For whom?
For those who are already consciously tracking their health metrics – e.g., training with a plan, following a ketogenic diet, monitoring glucose or sleep with apps like WHOOP or Fitbit. A great choice for biohacking enthusiasts, as well as trainers and wellness specialists.

Amazfit Helio Ring – the simplest way into the world of smart rings

Amazfit, a brand belonging to Zepp Health, is known for producing solid watches and bands at an affordable price. The Helio Ring is their attempt to create a smart ring for the masses – simple, convenient, and without complications.

    Key features:

    • Basic functions: heart rate, HRV, sleep analysis, activity.
    • Integration with the well-known Zepp app.
    • Light and comfortable to wear all day long.

    For whom?
For users who do not need advanced analysis but want a comfortable, aesthetic, and simple ring as an addition to a healthy lifestyle. A good choice for beginners, as well as for those who do not want to use a watch.

Release date and price in Poland

The Acer FreeSense ring is expected to go on sale in the summer of 2025, likely in August. The estimated price is 199–249 dollars, which in Poland may mean around 900–1100 PLN.

It is not yet known whether Acer will introduce the FreeSense Ring directly to Polish stores, but considering the brand’s popularity, it is very likely.

Is it worth waiting for the Acer FreeSense Ring?

Definitely yes, especially if you are looking for:

    • a smart ring without a subscription,
    • compatible with iPhone and Android,
    • with health features, not just a pedometer,
    • that does not cost a fortune like Oura or Galaxy Ring.

The FreeSense Ring could be the best smart ring of 2025 in the price range up to 1000 PLN. Acer has shown that it understands market needs and can offer a thoughtful, functional, and affordable product.

Are smart rings the future of wearables?

Everything indicates that they are. Smart rings are a natural evolution of wearable devices – they are small, convenient, and increasingly precise. Instead of a smartwatch, you can have a whole set of sensors… on your finger.

The Acer FreeSense Ring shows that this technology can be:

    • accessible,
    • stylish,
    • and truly useful.

If you are looking for a smart ring without a subscription that will take care of your health, sleep, and activity, then the FreeSense Ring from Acer is one of the most interesting choices of 2025.

  • Google Pixel 9a – Is this the most cost-effective mid-range phone on the market?

Google Pixel 9a – Is this the most cost-effective mid-range phone on the market?

When was the Google Pixel 9a released?

The Google Pixel 9a debuted in March 2025, marking a significant change from previous A-series launches, which typically took place in the summer. The manufacturer decided to accelerate the release cycle, introducing the 9a model to the market several months earlier. This decision aimed to increase the competitiveness of the device and reach users looking for a modern Android smartphone at the beginning of the year.

The introduction of Pixel 9a in the first quarter proved to be a smart move – the smartphone immediately attracted the attention of reviewers and users, especially since the competition in the mid-range segment in 2025 was exceptionally strong. With earlier availability, solid specifications, and a promise of up to 7 years of updates, the Pixel 9a quickly became one of the most recommended mid-range devices with pure Android.

Technical specifications of Google Pixel 9a

    Performance for the times

The Pixel 9a is powered by the proprietary Google Tensor G4 processor, supported by 8 GB of LPDDR5X RAM. This is an ideal combination for users who expect smooth app performance, efficient multitasking, and solid performance in gaming and photo and video editing.

There are two storage variants available – 128 GB and 256 GB – unfortunately without the option to expand via microSD card. The Titan M2 chip ensures data security, supporting encryption and biometric security.

The device runs on pure Android 15, and Google guarantees up to 7 years of software updates, including system and security patches. This is one of the longest support commitments among Android phones.

    Top-notch display

The Pixel 9a is equipped with an Actua Display with a diagonal of 6.285 inches (marketed as 6.3″), a resolution of FHD+ (2340 x 1080 pixels), and adaptive refresh rates of up to 120 Hz. This specification makes it ideal for browsing content, watching movies, or gaming.

Importantly, the display offers brightness of up to 2700 nits in HDR, making it one of the brightest screens in the mid-range class. Support for HDR10+ and Dolby Vision enhances the video viewing experience, while Gorilla Glass 3 provides basic scratch protection. Although it is not the latest solution, it still performs well in everyday use.

What cameras does the Pixel 9a offer?

    Main camera for photography enthusiasts

The main camera in the Pixel 9a is based on a Samsung GN8 sensor with a resolution of 48 MP, supporting Quad Pixel technology and Dual Pixel PDAF autofocus. The device also features optical (OIS) and electronic stabilization (EIS), which help capture sharp photos and stable videos, even in challenging conditions.

Google once again utilizes its advanced image processing algorithms – users have access to features such as:

    • Magic Eraser – removing unwanted elements from photos,
    • Face Unblur – sharpening faces in motion,
    • Night Sight – night mode with long exposure times and excellent color reproduction.

All of this makes the Pixel 9a one of the best camera phones in its class.

Ultrawide angle and selfies – versatility above all

Both the ultrawide camera and the front camera are based on a Sony IMX712 sensor with a resolution of 13 MP. The ultrawide lens has a field of view of 119.7°, which is great for landscape and group photos. Meanwhile, the selfie camera offers the sharpness and detail we expect from Google.

    Both cameras support:

    • portrait mode with background blur,
    • Super Res Zoom – digital zoom with AI assistance,
    • HDR+ – improving contrast and colors in photos.

What battery does the Google Pixel 9a have and how long does it last?

How many mAh does the Pixel 9a have and how long does it last on a single charge?

The Google Pixel 9a is equipped with a battery with a capacity of 4500 mAh, which aligns with current standards for mid-range smartphones. Thanks to the energy-efficient Google Tensor G4 processor and optimizations in Android 15, the device provides very good energy efficiency.

    In practice, you can expect:

    • up to 7–8 hours of screen time (SoT),
    • up to 36 hours of operation in power-saving mode (Extreme Battery Saver).

This is a very solid result – especially for users who heavily use multimedia, the camera, or 5G networks. Additionally, the Pixel 9a supports 27W fast wired charging, allowing you to charge about 50% of the battery in half an hour. This is enough to quickly replenish energy during the day.

    Build quality and design

What is the Pixel 9a’s body made of?

The Pixel 9a continues the minimalist design characteristic of Google smartphones. The device features a metal frame that provides structural rigidity, and a matte plastic back that is resistant to fingerprints and minor scratches. Although it is not glass or ceramic, the overall impression is very good in terms of sturdiness and ergonomics.

The smartphone meets the IP67 standard, which means that:

    • it is completely dustproof,
    • it withstands immersion in water up to 1 meter for 30 minutes.

This is a significant advantage in this price range and a feature that many competing models in the under 2500 PLN segment still lack.

The phone fits well in the hand – also thanks to the rounded edges and slim profile. Weighing around 190 grams, the Pixel 9a does not tire the hand even during prolonged use.

Summary – is it worth buying the Google Pixel 9a?

The Google Pixel 9a is one of the strongest contenders for the title of best mid-range phone of 2025. It combines modern design, pure Android with long support, an excellent display, very good cameras, and strong specifications. It is hard to find a phone offering so much in its price range, especially for photography enthusiasts and users who value ease of use.

The Pixel 9a will be ideal if:

✅ you are looking for a phone with long update support (7 years),
✅ you care about high-quality photos,
✅ you want a device with pure Android,
✅ you value a bright display and high work culture.

Galaxy Tab S10 FE and FE+ Plus – what’s new?

Samsung recently refreshed its popular line of tablets Fan Edition, introducing the Galaxy Tab S10 FE and Galaxy Tab S10 FE+ Plus. These new models combine features known from flagship devices with an affordable price, offering improvements in almost every aspect – from the screen, through performance, to artificial intelligence.

    Larger screen, modern design

New display and slim body in Galaxy Tab S10 FE

The new series Galaxy Tab S10 FE is a clear step forward towards greater functionality and a better visual experience. The Galaxy Tab S10 FE+ Plus makes a particular impression, equipped with a 13.1-inch display – the largest screen ever featured in a model from the Fan Edition line. By using narrow bezels, Samsung not only increased the working area but also ensured ergonomics and user comfort without excessively enlarging the overall body of the device.

The Galaxy Tab S10 FE also gained a slightly larger screen – 10.9 inches – making watching movies, gaming, or working with documents more comfortable than ever before.

    Both models offer:

    • 90 Hz refresh rate for smoother scrolling and animations,
    • brightness up to 800 nits in outdoor mode, ensuring excellent readability even in full sunlight,
    • and Vision Booster technology, which intelligently adjusts contrast and color based on lighting conditions, protecting the eyes.

In terms of design, the tablets have undergone a subtle metamorphosis – they are only 6 mm thick, and their casing maintains a premium character, even though the devices are aimed at a broader audience. Minimalist lines, a matte finish, and a color palette in modern, subdued shades (gray, silver, and blue) make the tablets look very elegant both at home and at work.

📌 Check out the accessories for Galaxy Tab S10 FE and Galaxy Tab S10 FE+ Plus available at Home Screen – ideal protection and functionality from day one.

Galaxy AI and S Pen – intelligence and creativity always at hand

The new Galaxy Tab S10 FE series is not only about larger screens and better performance but also about smart features that were previously reserved for the most expensive tablets in the Galaxy Tab S line. Samsung decided to introduce a set of Galaxy AI solutions for the first time in Fan Edition devices – a package of artificial intelligence-based tools that enhance user productivity and creativity.

🔍 Galaxy AI – what can it do?

    • Circle to Search – simply circle any element on the screen to instantly get more information without leaving the currently used app.
    • Notes Assistant – Galaxy AI recognizes handwriting, can organize notes, and also solve mathematical equations or convert sketches into readable charts.
    • AI on the keyboard – the optional keyboard features a dedicated Galaxy AI button, allowing quick access to a translator, suggestions, or text editor.
    • Photo and video editor – with features like Object Eraser, Auto Trim, or Best Face, you can enhance your photos and videos like a professional – without the need to install additional apps.

    ✍️ S Pen – precision and convenience

Each tablet in the Galaxy Tab S10 FE series comes with an S Pen – a stylus that allows for quick note-taking, drawing, editing documents, or controlling the tablet without touching the screen. Importantly, both the tablet and the stylus have an IP68 certification, meaning they are resistant to water and dust. This is a huge advantage for users working in the field, traveling, or simply wanting to ensure their equipment is properly protected.

Thanks to support for applications such as:

    • GoodNotes – for handwritten notes and sketching,
    • LumaFusion – for video editing,
    • Clip Studio Paint – for digital drawing,

The FE tablets become a fully-fledged creative work tool. Importantly, all these applications are available immediately upon starting the device – without the need to search for and install them yourself.

Performance that keeps up with your needs

Galaxy Tab S10 FE and FE+ Plus are not only beautiful and functional devices – they are also hardware that can do a lot. Thanks to the new Samsung Exynos 1580 (4 nm) processor, the tablets offer noticeably better performance than the S9 FE series models, especially in terms of multitasking, multimedia editing, and entertainment.

⚙️ What will we find “under the hood”?

    • Exynos 1580 processor – a modern, energy-efficient octa-core chip that handles demanding applications and multiple open windows simultaneously with ease.
    • RAM: 8 GB or 12 GB – depending on the version.
    • Internal storage: 128 GB or 256 GB, expandable with a microSD card up to 2 TB – which will be appreciated especially by those storing a lot of photos, videos, or project files.
    • Android 15 with One UI 7 – an intuitive overlay with long-term update support (up to 4 years).

The tablets easily support Samsung DeX mode, which transforms the device’s interface into a desktop-like environment. This allows you to comfortably work with files, edit presentations, or conduct video conferences, almost like on a laptop.

A battery that lasts all day (and more)

Samsung has also ensured long battery life between charges. Both models offer very capacious batteries:

    • Galaxy Tab S10 FE – battery 8000 mAh
    • Galaxy Tab S10 FE+(Plus) – impressive 10090 mAh

    In practice, this means:

    • up to 20 hours of video watching (FE),
    • even 21 hours in the FE+ model,
    • fast charging 45 W, allowing the tablet to be fully charged in just over an hour (charger sold separately).

📌 Don’t forget about a fast USB-C charger – you can find them in the Home Screen offer and significantly reduce the charging time of your Galaxy Tab.

Remember that Samsung does not include a charger in the package – you will only find a USB-C cable in the box. To take advantage of the maximum charging speed, you need a separately purchased 45 W charger that supports the PD (Power Delivery) or PPS (Programmable Power Supply) standard.

Who is the Galaxy Tab S10 FE and S10 FE+ Plus for? Check if this tablet is for you

Galaxy Tab S10 FE and Galaxy Tab S10 FE+ Plus are devices aimed at a very wide audience – from students, through creators, to entire families. They offer a great balance between price, functionality, and modern design. With support for S Pen, Galaxy AI technology, IP68 resistance, and fast charging 45 W, these tablets will perform well in various everyday life and work scenarios.

🎓 Students and pupils – the perfect tablet for learning

With the precise S Pen, split-screen mode, and support for applications like GoodNotes or Samsung Notes, the Galaxy Tab S10 FE is an excellent tool for:

    • taking handwritten notes during lectures,
    • browsing educational materials,
    • preparing presentations and assignments.

Additionally, the lightweight design and long battery life ensure that the tablet fits in a bag and lasts all day without charging.

💼 Professionals – remote and creative work at hand

The S10 FE series tablets are perfect for freelancers, designers, and mobile workers:

  • Apple Watch SE 3 – New design, larger screen, and aluminum case

Apple Watch SE 3 – New design, larger screen, and aluminum case

When is the release of Apple Watch SE 3?

Apple is preparing a big September conference – what do we know about the release date?

Apple has been organizing its biggest product event in September for years, traditionally in the second or third full week of the month. It is during this time that we learn about new iPhone models, and along with them – for several generations – also new Apple Watch watches. The release of Apple Watch SE 3 also fits into this schedule.

Although Apple has not yet confirmed the exact date of the event, industry analysts and leaks suggest that this year’s conference will take place most likely around September 10–18, 2025. After the presentation of devices on stage, Apple usually:

    • announces the start of pre-orders on the Friday of the same week (e.g., September 12),
    • and official sales start a week later – also on Friday (e.g., September 19).

What will Apple show in September 2025?

    List of announced releases

September 2025 is shaping up to be one of the most important months on Apple’s calendar. The company plans to showcase a range of new products that will certainly attract the attention of both technology enthusiasts and average users. Here’s an overview of the expected releases.

iPhone 17 – the new generation of smartphones

Apple is preparing to launch the iPhone 17 series, which is expected to bring significant improvements compared to previous models. Anticipated new features include:

    • New A19 processor: providing better performance and energy efficiency.
    • Improved cameras: with larger sensors and advanced photographic features.
    • Larger displays: with thinner bezels and better color reproduction.
    • New case colors: including shades of blue and green.

Apple Watch Series 11 – the evolution of the watch

The new generation of Apple Watch is expected to bring several significant changes:

    • Blood pressure monitoring: a feature that allows for hypertension detection.
    • Better display: with LTPO or Micro-LED technology for better brightness and energy savings.
    • New S12 processor: providing faster performance and better integration with health features.

Apple Watch Ultra 3 – for the most demanding

The third generation of Apple Watch Ultra is aimed at users who need the most advanced features:

    • Satellite connectivity: allowing communication in areas without cellular coverage.
    • Blood pressure monitoring: similar to Series 11.
    • Enhanced display: with greater brightness and better color reproduction.

AirPods Pro 3 – new sound quality

Apple is also planning to refresh its line of headphones:

    • Better sound quality: thanks to new transducers and signal processing technologies.
    • Longer battery life: allowing for longer listening without charging.
    • New features related to Apple Intelligence: such as adaptive noise cancellation.

Apple Watch SE 3 – What will change?

🆕 Will the Apple Watch SE 3 have a larger screen?

Everything indicates that it will. One of the biggest changes in the Apple Watch SE 3 will be the enlarged screen. So far, SE series models have offered case sizes of 40 mm and 44 mm, corresponding to display diagonals of 1.57 inches and 1.73 inches.

Meanwhile, according to Ross Young – one of the most reliable display market analysts – Apple has already started production of new screens with diagonals of about 1.6 inches and 1.8 inches. This means that SE 3 may appear in the same case sizes as the flagship Series 7–9 models, namely 41 mm and 45 mm.

What does a larger screen provide in the Apple Watch?

A larger screen means not only more space – it also opens up entirely new possibilities for the user:

    • Greater readability – notifications, messages, or health information will be easier to read, even on the go.
    • New watch faces – Apple often reserves certain faces for larger models. SE 3 may therefore gain new, exclusive faces.
    • Greater comfort of interaction – gestures, scrolling, and even typing on the screen keyboard (in the Cellular version) will become more convenient.
    • Better utilization of the watchOS 12 system – Apple’s new operating system for watches is expected to utilize larger panels for presenting smart widgets (Smart Stack 2.0) and dynamic health tiles.

    And what about the bezels?

Another possible improvement is thinner bezels around the screen, which will allow for a larger display to fit in the same case – without the need to increase the overall size of the watch. This means that the Apple Watch SE 3 may look more modern, visually approaching the Series 9 or even Ultra series.

Case – not plastic! Apple opts for proven solutions

For a long time, rumors circulated in the industry that Apple planned to introduce a plastic case in the upcoming Apple Watch SE 3. Such a decision would aim to significantly reduce production costs, which would translate into an even lower final price for the watch – ideal for users on a budget or for younger audiences (e.g., children and teenagers).

However, the latest reports contradict this strategy. According to Mark Gurman from Bloomberg – one of the best-informed technology journalists in the world – Apple has ultimately abandoned the idea of a plastic version of SE 3. Why?

    There may be several reasons:

    • A plastic case does not fit the premium brand image that Apple is associated with.
    • A cheap material could weaken the perceived quality of the product – even in the cheaper SE series.
    • Introducing a new material would mean additional costs for testing, certification, and production.

✅ Aluminum is back in favor

Instead, Apple will most likely stick with the proven material – aluminum, which has already been used in SE 2 and other Apple Watch models. This is very good news for users because:

    • ✅ Aluminum is light, durable, and corrosion-resistant.
    • ✅ It looks good and works great with other Apple devices, such as iPhone or iPad.
    • ✅ It provides a better balance between durability and weight – compared to, for example, stainless steel or titanium from more expensive versions.

Leaks: specifications of Apple Watch SE 3

Although Apple is typically silent about details before the official release, leaks from reliable sources – such as analysts from BloombergRoss Young or websites like MacRumors – shed a lot of light on what might be under the hood of the third generation Apple Watch SE. The new model is expected to be significantly more “pro” than its predecessor while still maintaining an affordable price.

New processor – performance close to Series 9

One of the key innovations in the Apple Watch SE 3 is expected to be the use of a new processor, likely based on the S9 SiP (System in Package) chip that debuted in Series 9 in 2023.

    Why is this important?

    • ✅ Offers significantly better performance than the S5 chip from SE 2
    • ✅ Enables support for more advanced features of the watchOS 12 system
    • ✅ Contributes to longer battery life
    • ✅ May support natural language processing features – e.g., faster offline Siri responses

This means that the Apple Watch SE 3 stops being just a “cheaper” choice – and starts being a truly competitive alternative to the more expensive models in the same line.

    Battery – longer operating time

Although Apple does not disclose the exact battery capacity of its watches, leaks suggest that SE 3 will receive an optimized energy management system. Thanks to a more energy-efficient processor and improvements in watchOS 12, users can expect:

    • 🕓 All-day operation on a single charge (up to 18 hours of usage according to Apple standards)
    • 💤 The ability to monitor sleep overnight without the need for daily charging
    • 🔌 Faster charging – possibly using Fast Charge features (currently available only in Series and Ultra)

Versions: GPS and GPS + Cellular

The Apple Watch SE 3 – like its predecessor – is expected to be available in two variants:

    • GPS – connects to iPhone via Bluetooth/Wi-Fi
    • GPS + Cellular – allows making calls, sending messages, and using mobile data without an iPhone

The Cellular version will likely only be available in an aluminum case, similar to previous generations.

    Sensors and health features

Although SE 3 will not match the flagship models from the Ultra or Series 11 in terms of advanced sensors, it will offer a solid set of health features, including:

    • Heart rate sensor (2nd generation optical)
    • Fall detection
    • Car crash detection
    • SOS alarm
    • Activity, sleep, and stress tracking
    • Compass, altimeter, gyroscope, and accelerometer

While it lacks EKG or blood oxygen measurement (SpO2), the basic package will be fully sufficient for most users.

watchOS 12 – artificial intelligence and health

The SE 3 watch will debut with a new version of the system – watchOS 12, which will be showcased during the WWDC 2025 conference. The system is expected to bring:

    • Smarter notifications and improved Smart Stack
    • Potential support for AI to analyze health data
    • Enhanced Mindfulness app with mood tracking option
    • Possible support for adaptive workouts based on user data

  • When is OnePlus 13 coming to Poland? Everything we know

When is OnePlus 13 coming to Poland? Everything we know

    OnePlus 13

When will OnePlus 13 be available in Poland?

This is a question many fans of the brand are asking, especially after the success of previous models. Although the date of the Polish premiere has not yet been officially confirmed, we can speculate that it will happen in January 2024, based on the previous release schedule. Let’s remember that in China, OnePlus 13 debuted on October 31, 2023. Is it worth waiting for this flagship? Let’s check what the latest model offers and why it generates so much excitement.

OnePlus 13 – a step forward in the world of flagships

OnePlus 13 is a smartphone that sets new standards in the premium segment. Although visually it refers to its predecessor, OnePlus 12, the manufacturer has introduced several significant changes that may convince the undecided.

Does the design of OnePlus 13 differ from OnePlus 12?

OnePlus 13 is a smartphone that combines tradition with modernity in its appearance. Although both models are similar, OnePlus 13 introduces several significant changes. These give it a more distinctive and elegant look. Above all, attention is drawn to the angular frames that have replaced the rounded edges known from earlier models. This solution not only gives the smartphone a more modern appearance but also improves ergonomics – the phone fits more securely in the hand, which will be appreciated by users with higher comfort demands.

The camera module, located on the back cover, has been visually simplified. The metal connector has disappeared, which surrounded the camera island in previous versions. As a result, the device presents a more minimalist and cohesive look, further emphasizing its premium character. Another novelty is the introduction of full protection against dust and water, in accordance with IP68 and IP69 standards. This is a long-awaited change, especially by brand fans who previously complained about the lack of such a solution in OnePlus devices.

There will be two versions of the case finish to choose from, allowing users to customize the phone to their preferences. The classic glass case is characterized by elegance and a glossy finish, giving it an exclusive character. Meanwhile, the vegan leather variant is a proposal for those looking for something more unique and pleasant to the touch – the “BabySkin” material used in this model provides an exceptional feel during use, reminiscent of natural leather.

The whole is not only aesthetic but also practical. OnePlus 13 presents itself as a phone that not only catches the eye but also meets high user demands in terms of durability and ease of use. It is a smartphone that perfectly combines modern design with thoughtful functionality.

    OnePlus 13

How powerful is the processor in OnePlus 13?

The heart of OnePlus 13 is the Snapdragon 8 Elite – the latest and most advanced unit created by Qualcomm. This processor not only provides exceptional performance but also sets new standards in the mobile industry. Made using 4 nm technology, the Snapdragon 8 Elite offers even greater energy efficiency and less heating compared to its predecessors.

The processor consists of eight cores:

    • 1 Cortex-X4 core clocked at 3.3 GHz, responsible for the most demanding tasks.
    • 5 Cortex-A720 cores clocked at 3.0 GHz, which guarantee optimal performance while saving energy.
    • 2 Cortex-A520 cores clocked at 2.3 GHz, optimized for less demanding tasks such as using office applications or social media.

With this configuration, the Snapdragon 8 Elite handles the most demanding mobile games, AR/VR applications, and multitasking with ease.

The display of OnePlus 13 is a true gem in the crown of this flagship. The AMOLED LTPO display with a diagonal of 6.82 inches offers image quality that stands out even among the best smartphones on the market. With a resolution of 3168 x 1440 pixels (QHD+), users can expect exceptional sharpness and detail, making watching movies, browsing photos, or gaming even more enjoyable. The display also features a pixel density of 510 PPI, making it difficult to notice any imperfections even at very close range.

One of the most important advantages of this screen is the dynamic refresh rate ranging from 1 to 120 Hz. Thanks to LTPO technology, the screen automatically adjusts the refresh rate to the displayed content. For example, when viewing static images, the refresh rate can drop to 1 Hz, saving energy, while in dynamic gaming scenes, it increases to 120 Hz, ensuring incredible smoothness. This is a solution that significantly enhances user comfort and gives the impression of exceptional responsiveness of the device.

The manufacturer has also ensured visibility in all lighting conditions. The maximum brightness of the screen reaches as much as 4500 nits, making it one of the brightest displays on the market. Even in full sunlight, content on the screen is clear and readable. Additionally, the screen supports Dolby Vision technology, which provides incredible image quality in HDR materials – intense colors, deep blacks, and perfectly reproduced details are standard in this device.

We cannot forget about screen protection either. OnePlus 13 is equipped with Crystal Shield glass, which protects the display from scratches and minor mechanical damage. Moreover, the screen features an ultrasonic fingerprint reader that is not only fast and accurate but also works reliably in difficult conditions, such as wet hands.

The display of OnePlus 13 is an example of the highest quality in mobile technology. With a combination of advanced features and excellent image quality, this screen will meet the expectations of even the most demanding users. Whether you use the phone for work, entertainment, or communication, the OnePlus 13 display will provide exceptional visual experiences.

Cameras – is OnePlus 13 a smartphone for photographers?

OnePlus 13 takes mobile photography to a whole new level, providing users with a set of cameras that can meet almost any challenge. Collaboration with the legendary brand Hasselblad has allowed both professional photographers and everyday users to enjoy a tool that captures exceptional moments with the highest quality.

The main camera of OnePlus 13 uses a Sony LYT-808 sensor with a resolution of 50 MP. Large pixels (1/1.4 inches) and a wide aperture of f/1.6 ensure that photos are characterized by extraordinary detail, even in low light. This solution is perfect for both landscape and portrait photography, guaranteeing clear details and natural color reproduction.

No less impressive is the ultra-wide camera with a resolution of 50 MP and a field of view of 114 degrees. With this configuration, you can capture wide shots, perfect for group photos, architecture, or nature. Interestingly, the camera also supports macro mode, allowing you to take photos from as close as 3.5 cm. This means that details such as water droplets, plant structure, or object texture can be captured in an extraordinary way.

The third element of the set is a periscope telephoto lens, also with a resolution of 50 MP. Its zoom capabilities are impressive – it allows for 3x optical zoom, 6x hybrid zoom, and up to 120x digital zoom. This solution is ideal for photographing distant objects, such as landscapes, wildlife, or architectural details. Optical image stabilization (OIS) ensures that photos remain sharp even at maximum zoom.

Video recording is another advantage of OnePlus 13. The device supports 8K video, allowing for recording materials with incredible detail. For those who prefer the front camera, OnePlus 13 offers a 32 MP camera, enabling video recording in 4K resolution. This is an ideal solution for vloggers, content creators, or those who frequently use video calls.

Thanks to the collaboration with Hasselblad, OnePlus 13 introduces advanced image processing algorithms that improve color balance and dynamic range. Additionally, modes such as HDR, night, or portrait allow for adjusting photos to different lighting conditions and creative needs. All this makes the cameras of OnePlus 13 an ideal tool for those who expect more from their smartphone than standard photographic capabilities.

Battery and charging – how long will OnePlus 13 last?

OnePlus 13 impresses not only with performance and camera but also with battery solutions. The manufacturer has equipped this model with a powerful 6000 mAh dual-cell battery, which is a significant step forward compared to previous generations. Such a battery ensures long hours of use, whether you are using the phone for work, watching movies, or intense gaming.

    Super fast wired charging

The charging technology is another element that makes OnePlus 13 exceptional. The phone supports SuperVOOC 100 W wired charging, which allows you to charge the device from 0 to 100% in just 36 minutes. This speed eliminates the need for long charging times – a few minutes is enough to get a solid energy reserve for the whole day.

    Top-level wireless charging

For those who value convenience, OnePlus 13 also offers 50 W wireless charging, making it one of the fastest charging devices in this category. In combination with a compatible magnetic charger, users can enjoy the simplicity and efficiency of this solution. Moreover, reverse charging technology allows OnePlus 13 to be used as a power bank to charge other devices, such as headphones or smartwatches.

Availability and prices – when will OnePlus 13 arrive in Poland?

We still have to wait a bit for the premiere of OnePlus 13 in Poland, but looking at previous models, the most likely debut date is January 2024. The device officially debuted in China on October 31, 2023, and is already generating significant interest.

Prices in China – what do they look like?

In China, OnePlus 13 is available at very attractive prices, which are as follows:

    • Version 12/256 GB: 4499 yuan (approx. 2530 PLN),
    • Version 12/512 GB: 4899 yuan (approx. 2760 PLN),
    • Version 16/512 GB: 5299 yuan (approx. 2980 PLN),
    • Version 24 GB/1 TB: 5999 yuan (approx. 3370 PLN).
    •

    What prices in Poland?

Unfortunately, in Poland we must expect higher amounts. It is estimated that the base model of OnePlus 13 may cost around 4500 PLN, which is related to higher tax and distribution costs. However, it is worth emphasizing that for this price we get a flagship equipped with the latest technologies that can compete with the most expensive devices on the market.

Curiosity – the first OnePlus zone in Poland

OnePlus is increasingly boldly marking its presence in the Polish market. In November 2023, the brand opened its first zone in Poland, located in the Warsaw Westfield Arkadia Gallery, in the MediaMarkt store. This is a significant event, as it allows Polish users to get to know OnePlus products more closely and have direct contact with their latest devices.

This zone is an ideal place for those considering purchasing OnePlus devices but want to see them live first, test their features, or compare different models. It is also a great opportunity to receive expert help and advice from specialists present on-site.

The opening of this zone shows that OnePlus is taking the Polish market more seriously, and its presence in such a prestigious location is proof of the brand’s growing trust in our consumers. It is also a signal that the premiere of OnePlus 13 in Poland may be part of a larger expansion plan and strengthening the brand’s position in Europe.

Although the Xiaomi 15 premiere is still some time away, you can already learn the full specifications of this device in Poland.

When Will Xiaomi 15 Be Released?

The premiere of Xiaomi 15 and 15 Pro will take place in October, specifically on October 29, 2024, in China. As for the global launch, including in Poland, it is expected that the Xiaomi 15 series will hit the international market at the beginning of 2025, likely during the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, which will take place in March. Thus, users in China will have access to the new models by the end of October 2024, while the rest of the world, including Poland, will have to wait a few additional months for official distribution. The internet is filled with leaks and rumors, so we can take a look at the full technical specifications of the new models to learn more about their capabilities.

Xiaomi 15 – Design and Functionality

Xiaomi 15 is a model that will offer a 6.36-inch display with a resolution of 1.5K and a refresh rate of 120 Hz and brightness of 1400 nits, making the screen perfectly visible even in bright sunlight. This smartphone will be available in three colors, and its design has been crafted to withstand daily use, highlighted by its IP68 durability.

The design of the model refers to the previous Xiaomi 14 line, but with subtle changes that give it a modern look. The manufacturer has ensured an elegant metal frame and dual-curved glass, adding a contemporary character to the device. The smartphone will be available in three classic colors: black, white, and silver, with the option of a special Titanium edition.

Xiaomi 15 Pro – Performance and Cameras

Xiaomi 15 Pro appeared in the first photo, captured in the hands of one of the company’s vice presidents, Wang Xiaoyan. The photograph is not very detailed, but it allows a glimpse of the overall look of the flagship. The design of the device does not differ significantly from the previous model, Xiaomi 14 Pro. Interestingly, the manufacturer decided to place the camera module closer to the left edge of the device. A change that may attract attention is the relocation of the flash – it will disappear from the area directly next to the cameras and be moved elsewhere.

Xiaomi 15 Pro is a model offering a 2K resolution screen and a display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz, ensuring exceptional smoothness. Both models feature the latest ultra-powerful processor supported by Snapdragon 8 Elite, backed by 16 GB of RAM and 1 TB of internal storage. The differences are defined by the larger screen in the Pro model, which measures 6.73 inches, making it ideal for watching movies or gaming. It will be equipped with the HyperOS 2.0 operating system based on Android 15 and the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, ensuring high performance and energy efficiency.

Another advantage of Xiaomi 15 Pro is the advanced camera system, fine-tuned in collaboration with the brand Leica. The phone features an advanced camera system with a telephoto lens offering 3x optical zoom and a 50 MP main camera, equipped with a modern Sony LYT-900 sensor with an aperture of f/1.4, allowing for exceptionally detailed photos even in low light.

Additionally, the smartphone has a 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens and a 50-megapixel macro camera with Sony optics, enabling close-up photography. The selfie camera is 32 MP, ensuring excellent quality photos from the front camera, ideal for social media enthusiasts. Xiaomi 15 Pro is equipped with a battery capacity of 6100 mAh. It provides a long usage time on a single charge and additionally supports wired fast charging of 90 W and wireless charging of 50 W.

    Xiaomi 15 Ultra – Top-Level Camera

Xiaomi 15 Ultra features one of the most advanced camera systems on the market. The main 50 MP camera with a 1-inch Sony LYT-900 sensor guarantees excellent photo quality even in low light, and additionally supports an aperture of f/1.4. The periscope telephoto lens with a resolution of 200 MP supported by 5x optical zoom allows for stunning photos from a distance. The 50 MP ultra-wide camera and 50 MP macro camera complete the set, and collaboration with Leica further enhances image quality, especially in color reproduction and detail.

The Xiaomi 15 Ultra model will have a larger battery, ensuring longer usage time on a single charge. The flagship is equipped with a 6200 mAh battery and 90 W wired fast charging, 80 W wireless charging, and 10 W reverse charging. This makes it an ideal choice for those who value both powerful performance and long-lasting use without the need for frequent charging.

When Will Xiaomi 15 Ultra Be Released?

In previous years, Xiaomi adopted a strategy where the most advanced models, such as Ultra versions, were presented separately after the launch of the base models. The same may be true for Xiaomi 15 Ultra. While the presentation of Xiaomi 15 and Xiaomi 15 Pro models is scheduled for October 29, 2024, the Xiaomi 15 Ultra will likely be presented at a separate event in the first quarter of 2025.

This approach makes sense for Xiaomi, as the Ultra model always stands out with more advanced features, particularly in terms of cameras, such as the periscope telephoto lens with a 200 MP sensor in this case. Presenting the Ultra later allows the brand to maintain interest in its products for a longer time. This way, Xiaomi can refine the latest technologies that will be included in the most prestigious model of the series.

Prices of Xiaomi 15 and Xiaomi 15 Pro in China

Based on leaks, the prices of Xiaomi 15 and Xiaomi 15 Pro will be higher than in previous generations. The increase in production costs, especially related to new processors and storage, will certainly affect the overall price increase of the devices. The prices of these smartphones are expected to start at 4599 CNY, which converts to approximately 2489 PLN, while Xiaomi 15 Pro is expected to be available at a price of 5499 CNY (around 2976 PLN). However, it should be noted that prices in Poland may be higher due to additional customs fees and taxes.

Will Xiaomi 15 Ultra be more expensive than the rest of the series?

The upcoming Xiaomi 15 Ultra may indeed be more expensive than the other models in the series. It is expected that the price for this flagship could reach as high as 5999 yuan, which makes sense in the context of its planned advanced features and innovative solutions. However, it is worth waiting for official information regarding the availability and prices of this model, which may vary in the international market.

Summary: Is it worth waiting for the Xiaomi 15 premiere?

The Xiaomi 14 series is very popular, but the new Xiaomi 15 series has much more advanced features to offer. Smartphones from the Xiaomi 15 series are a continuation of innovative solutions that will satisfy even the most demanding users.

The Xiaomi 15 series certainly introduces many novelties that may attract user attention. Xiaomi 15 is a solid proposition with a 1.5K display, excellent performance, and a reasonable price. Xiaomi 15 Pro offers even more – a larger screen, better camera specifications, and higher performance. Meanwhile, Xiaomi 15 Ultra has the potential to become a market leader in smartphones due to its exceptional photo quality and extremely advanced optics.

In summary, the premiere of the Xiaomi 15 series is an event worth waiting for, especially if you are looking for a smartphone with excellent build quality, advanced technical specifications, and an affordable price. Regardless of which model you choose, Xiaomi once again proves that it can combine innovation with competitive pricing.

  • What’s new in the latest generation of AirPods 4?

Two models of AirPods 4 – more options for different users

Apple plans to introduce two models of AirPods 4, allowing the company to maintain a wide product portfolio across different price ranges. The cheaper model is set to replace AirPods 2, which have been among the most popular wireless headphones on the market since their debut in 2019. Meanwhile, the more expensive version, offering more features, will replace AirPods 3, which debuted in 2021 as an upgraded version of the basic headphones, offering, among other things, better sound quality and longer battery life.

The success story of AirPods – from the first-generation model to now

The first AirPods debuted in 2016, bringing a revolution in wireless music listening. Although they were initially criticized for their appearance, they quickly became an icon of style and technology. Subsequent versions – AirPods 2 in 2019 and AirPods 3 in 2021 – added new features such as H1 chip, better integration with Siri, MagSafe wireless charging, and improved sound quality. AirPods Pro, introduced in 2019, introduced active noise cancellation (ANC), which was a significant step forward, and the AirPods Max model in 2020 brought this technology to the over-ear headphone segment.

    New design and better fit

In AirPods 4, we can expect a refreshed design that will combine features of AirPods 3 and AirPods Pro. Shorter stems, more rounded shape – all to better fit the headphones to a wide range of users. Importantly, Apple is abandoning the interchangeable tips that appeared in the Pro models, but the design itself is expected to be comfortable enough to fit various ear shapes.

AirPods 2, which until now had longer stems and a somewhat outdated look, will be phased out of the offer. For many users who prefer minimalist headphones, the new design of AirPods 4 will be a step forward.

Advanced features for more demanding users

The biggest differences between the two models of AirPods 4 will concern their features. The more expensive version of AirPods 4 will be equipped with active noise cancellation (ANC), which until now has only been available in more expensive models such as AirPods Pro and AirPods Max. Additionally, we can expect a transparency mode, which allows users to hear surrounding sounds without having to take off the headphones. This feature is ideal for those who want to be aware of their surroundings while listening to music.

Charging and USB-C – another step towards universality

Both models of AirPods 4 will feature a USB-C port for charging, aligning with Apple’s broader strategy to unify the charging standards of its devices. For users, this means convenience, as they will no longer have to use different cables – one USB-C cable will suffice for charging both the iPhone and AirPods.

Additionally, the more expensive model is expected to support MagSafe charging, making wireless charging even more intuitive and straightforward. It is possible that the charging case for the more expensive model will also be equipped with a speaker to help users locate their headphones more easily using the Find My feature.
