Apple has set the date when the long-awaited devices will see the light of day – iPhone 15 and new versions of their smartwatches – Apple Watch Series 9 and the mysterious Apple Watch Ultra.

The event, which is already generating huge excitement, has been officially announced by Apple on their official website and via emails, under the slogan “Wonderlust”. The entire presentation is planned to be conducted at the famous Steve Jobs Theater, located at the company’s headquarters in Cupertino, California.

The long-awaited presentation, which will bring the debut of new Apple products, will take place on September 12, at 10:00 AM Pacific Time. In Poland, we will be able to follow the event at 7:00 PM. It is expected that four versions of the iPhone 15 will be presented on that day:

• iPhone 15
• iPhone 15 Plus
• iPhone 15 Pro
• iPhone 15 Pro Max

What exactly will the iPhone 15 bring us?
It is worth recalling that the main changes include the abandonment of the characteristic notch in favor of Dynamic Island in the basic models. Additionally, a transition to a USB-C connector is also expected, replacing the Lightning port. The Pro versions are expected to be equipped with the A17 Bionic chip, manufactured using 3-nanometer technology, which will bring not only greater performance but also thinner bezels around the screen. Moreover, the iPhone 15 Pro Max is expected to be equipped with a periscope telephoto lens, allowing for up to 10x optical zoom. This is a fantastic change for mobile photography enthusiasts and those who want to capture distant objects with incredible precision. 

Interest is also sparked by the information about reducing the bezel around the iPhone 15’s screen. This innovation is expected to be only 1.5 mm, compared to the current approximately 2.2 mm. Thanks to this reduction, the upcoming iPhone 15 will not only be thinner but also more elegant and modern in appearance. Not only the iPhone is the object of interest. 

New Apple Watch Series 9 and Apple Watch Ultra 2

Not only the iPhone is the object of interest. The new versions of the watches are also generating excitement. In the case of the Apple Watch Series 9, there is talk of minor changes and refreshes, which will include the new S9 chip and new color variants.
As for the Apple Watch Ultra, we know little. It is suggested that it may have a titanium case in a darker finish, adding elegance and uniqueness to the watch. The black-painted titanium Ultra case will certainly look different than similar dark versions of standard Apple Watch models with aluminum or steel cases.

According to O’Hara, the iPhone 15 Ultra will feature a larger screen than the iPhone 15 Pro and will also be equipped with a periscope telephoto lens with up to 10x optical zoom.
