Launch and Name – Time for Apple Watch X
The first aspect that catches our attention is the issue of the release date. This year marks ten years since the launch of the first Apple smartwatch, and the world is eagerly awaiting the next installment. Apple Watch Series X, although unofficially, is expected to be a response to this anniversary, similar to iPhone X or Mac OS X earlier. The release date has not been officially announced yet, but everyone expects that the new Apple Watch X model will appear during the September Apple event.
Price – What About the Wallet?
However, besides the release date, many people are also wondering about the price of the new gadget. In times when Apple is criticized for the high prices of its products, expectations are high. Rumors suggest that the price of Apple Watch X may be similar to previous models, with additional costs for options such as cellular connectivity or choice of casing materials.
New Features – Health and Innovation
As for features, speculation is hot. Apple has been focusing on health and fitness for years, so it would not be surprising if Apple Watch X brought even more advanced tools for monitoring our health. Rumors suggest the addition of blood pressure monitoring and sleep apnea detection, which may make Apple Watch X not only a luxury gadget but also a health care tool.
Design – Light and Elegant
One of the key changes the company is planning is a new strap system equipped with a magnetic clasp mechanism. This step aims to free up internal space to add more components. This change may prove to be both aesthetic and functional, allowing the watch to better utilize the available space.
According to information obtained by AppleTrack, Apple Watch Series X may be 10 to 15 percent thinner. Renderings created by the exceptionally talented @concept_central confirm this thesis. However, the watch will retain the digital crown, although there is a possibility of adding an action button, which debuted in the Apple Watch Ultra model. Additionally, the new strap system may debut in Apple Watch Series X, allowing users to magnetically attach the accessory to the smartwatch. This change is not only for aesthetic purposes but also to save valuable internal space.
The current strap system uses a small fragment of the bezel on both sides of the Apple Watch to accommodate these straps. With magnetic straps, Apple Watch Series X will have more internal space to add a larger battery or more sensors. Thinner watch bezels are also to be expected, but no microLED technology, as these panels are too expensive to justify their use in this device. Instead, Apple will likely stick with the OLED screen, but it will be brighter and more energy-efficient than previous versions.
In summary, Apple Watch X promises to be a true king of watches, combining advanced technology with elegant design and innovative health features. Will it become a reality? We have to wait for official confirmation from Cupertino, but one thing is certain – the tech world is eagerly awaiting this launch.
