Looking at the phone, the first thing that catches our attention is the very large island on the back of the device. It naturally houses a 50MP camera. However, the innovative solution is the inclusion of an additional 1.1-inch AMOLED display on it. Xiaomi believes that a display of this size will be perfect for taking photos, as well as for checking battery status, notifications, or the current time. After all, we are dealing with the manufacturer of the iconic Mi Band, so who better than Xiaomi to know how to utilize a small screen.

In addition to the aforementioned 50 MP camera, Xiaomi has a 48MP periscope lens with five times optical zoom, ten times hybrid zoom, and up to one hundred and twenty times digital zoom. Additionally, the 48 MP wide-angle camera allows for capturing a 128-degree angle. All three cameras record in 8K quality. The ceramic back of the device is waterproof and scratch-resistant.
