A special Galaxy A Event will be held on March 17, where new Samsung models will be unveiled. In addition to the highly anticipated Samsung Galaxy A53, it is likely that a new model of the Samsung Galaxy A73 and A33 will be presented.
In 2021, the Samsung Galaxy A52 appeared on the market, which turned out to be a real hit among last year’s mid-rangers. So it’s no surprise that we are also now expecting a strong debut of this year’s model and that it will be one of the better mid-range smartphones. However, the new smartphone has scored a ripple effect, as despite the lack of an official launch, it has hit stores in Serbia, Kenya or Vietnam, hence it is possible to determine its price or get a closer look at its specifications. In Kenya it went on sale at a price of 45500 Kenyan shillings (1720 PLN), while in Serbia it was priced at 350 euros or about 1650 PLN, so we can guess that in Poland it will launch with a very similar price.
Samsung Galaxy A53 specifications
Although the premiere is still to come, we already know a lot about the device, thanks to leaks that can be seen online in the form of photos and videos. The new model features a 6.5-inch color Super AMOLED display providing a resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels with a 120 Hz refresh rate. The main difference is that it will feature an Exynos 1200 processor and a powerful 5000 mAh battery. The processor’s functions will be supported byup to 8 GB of RAM and 128 GBof internal storage. The 64 MP camera will be complemented by an additional 12 MP ultra-wide unit and two 5 MP modules – a depth sensor and a macro sensor. All software will be managed by android 12 with the latest One UI. The case is dust and water resistant thanks to IP67.
Galaxy A 53 is likely to be available in 4 interesting and modern color versions such as bright blue, orange, classic black and white.
Photos published on WinFuture indicate that the new model is almost identical to its predecessor, namely a flat screen with narrow bezels, rounded corners and a slightly thicker edge is visible. The camera layout is unchanged, but the difference is that the island will be slightly differently integrated into the rear panel. The phone will look more sleek and modern thanks to a subtle transition from the back to the camera section. Official wallpapers have also leaked online, in very bright colors that confirm earlier speculations about the screen resolution, highlighting the bright and very clear image.
We have nothing left to do but wait for the official launch and see for ourselves if the Samsung Galaxy A53 will prove to be this year’s king among the new mid-rangers 🙂
